Dr. Rupsha Roy is a Ph.D. in Management, MBA with specialization in HR & IT.  Before doing her MBA and Ph. D, she did her M.Sc in Ecology and Environment. She has more than 14 years of full-time experience in teaching with experience in academic administration, consultancy, and research. Her working experience is in various business schools snd universities spread all over India. She worked as Dean in one of the well-known academic institutions. 

Currently, her focus is on supervising research scholars as guides and mentoring MBA students.  She is also a thesis supervisor of Liverpool Business School's (UK) MBA programs. Her teaching fortes are in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Business Management, Business Studies, and other allied areas. She is also a behavioral and soft skill trainer, both for corporates and students.
