Starlite Technologies wanted to hire Resource Augmentation Engineers. These engineers will be strengthening the UK customers and the team, through the building, designing, and managing of network rollout under a program of system integration services.

The salary for the Resource Augmentation Engineers In India, during the training period, was a fixed remuneration of CTC INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month + free accommodation + free food.

After training, the initial posting is in the UK when the candidates would be getting a CTC of 25,000/- GBP per annum, which is equivalent to INR 25.00 Lacs per annum.

The drive was on a pan India basis and two candidates were selected.
