First Pooled Physical Recruitment Drive After Almost Two Years of Virtual Recruiting Process

After almost two years of the virtual recruiting process, we organized our first physical campusing event on a sunny November morning. The venue was Calcutta Institute of Engineering & Management, Kolkata. Nine Engineering and Management institutes participated in the pooled campus event. More than 300 students, both graduation and diploma students of Mechanical and Electrical streams, appeared in the drive.

The recruiting company was Debson Pumps Pvt Ltd, who took our help to identify budding talented mechanical and electrical branch of engineering students from passing out batch of 2022. 

Initially, there was a virtual elimination round. The selected candidates from the virtual round appeared in this physical event. The event started with a group discussion. The shortlisted candidates from the group discussion round went through a series of personal interviews to get finally selected. 

The event was a resounding success as the recruiter, the institutes, and the students, after almost two years, could participate in a pooled campusing event that we conducted physically.
